INSURANCE INFORMATION
Most insurance plans are accepted for consultations, office visits, and surgeries which are considered medically necessary. Referrals from your primary care physician are required by some managed care plans.

Janie, at the front desk, and Jeanie, the office manager, will be glad to assist you with those matters and answer any questions you may have.

COSMETIC PAYMENT
There is a $60 fee for consultations regarding cosmetic procedures. At that visit, you will be given a price sheet for procedures in which you are interested. Those include the surgeon's fee, the hospital fee, and the anesthesia fee.

All cosmetic surgeries must be paid in full prior to the procedure. Mastercard, American Express and VISA are accepted as well as cash or personal checks.

Here are price ranges for some of the more common procedures:

Breast Augmentation: $4800 - $5900
Breast Lift: $4715 - $5300
Facelift: $5942 - $6600
Upper & Lower Eyelids: $3385 - $3600
Abdominoplasty: $5300 - $6100
Liposuction (Major area): $4000 - $5500
